Lucky Stream Limited, the operators of and (hereinafter “Lucky Stream”) has informed the Malta Gaming Authority (‘MGA’) that it has decided that, until further notice, no more bets will be accepted and that all activity being operated through and will be suspended.
All the current active player accounts are being terminated with immediate effect, and all funds standing to the credit of player’s account will be remitted back to the respective player, in accordance to the provisions of the Remote Gaming Regulations.
If by the 14 February 2018, we are unable to transfer all the funds to the players as aforesaid, we shall publish a further notice with the procedure that we shall apply in respect to such balance.

How to open an account

Are there any account fees?

No. We do NOT charge any fees for opening an account or maintaining your account. There is no minimum account balance requirement and the minimum deposit bonus is 5 euro. Playbet however may charge a 1% administration fee in cases where authorisation of a deposit is required from a financial institution.

What is the minimum age requirement to open an account?

The minimum age to open an account with Playbet is 18 years (21 years for persons who live in Greece). Playbet does not accept responsibility for under-age applicants. Playbet can refuse to pay out a bet if we believe a client or player is under 18 years of age, or a client or player makes a bet on behalf of a person who is under 21 years of age.

What do I need to open an account?

Opening an account with Playbet takes only a few minutes. We require only your name, date of birth, telephone number, residential and postal addresses and a valid email address. Confirmation of your Playbet account will be sent to your nominated email address. For the protection of your account, you must not reveal your username or password to any other person.

Do I need proof of ID?

Yes. So that we maintain our high standards of security of client accounts, before you can transfer any funds out of your account you will be required to provide proof of identity and residence, by providing a copy of identity, passport or driver’s license confirming date of birth and an official document confirming residence. We will also require a copy of both sides of any credit card or debit card used to make a deposit into your account. These forms of identification can either be faxed, emailed or mailed to Playbet. How secure are my personal details?
