How do I deposit using my card?
Login to your Playbet account (if you aren’t already logged in).
Click on ‘Deposit’ button in the top of the screen.
A new window will pop up (make sure you don’t have any pop-up blockers enabled).
In the new window you’ll see listed all the available payment methods. Select the type of credit card you wish to use for depositing and enter the amount you wish to deposit.
In the next step you will be asked to enter your card details. When you have registered your card, just confirm your Playbet password and click the submit button.
If your card issuer approves the request your Playbet account balance will be immediately updated.
Things to consider
You may only use a card registered in your name to deposit at Playbet. Use of 3rd party cards to deposit is strictly forbidden.
Although Playbet does not charge customers for using cards at our site, your card issuer may impose a charge. This is uncommon but if you have a concern about this please contact your card issuer.
Once your card has been used to deposit funds you may be asked for security purposes to provide a once-off copy of both sides of your card. This copy must be sent via fax or email prior to your next request to withdraw funds from your betting account. Please refer to the contact us section of the website for the email address or fax number to send this copy.
For increased security of card transactions you will be required to enter your card’s three-digit CV2 number which can be found on the back of the card on the security signature strip. It is the last 3 digits on the back of your card.
If you have another Playbet account on which your card is registered you will not be able to register the same card again. In such a case please contact our customer support team to retrieve your other account details so that you can use the card in question.
In the event that you experience any deposit difficulties we would recommend you first check that the card details you’ve registered are correct. If this doesn’t solve your deposit problem please try to deposit for a smaller amount and if this too fails please try to deposit using one of our other payment methods or speak to our friendly customer service staff.
Any unused deposits to your Playbet account will be refunded back to the same card used the deposit with. This is done to demonstrate that we do not facilitate money laundering.
