Depositing via Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer is a more traditional method of depositing funds into your Playbet account and is perfect for those customers that don’t mind waiting for their deposit to clear.

Playbet works with 1st tier bank institutions into which you can deposit funds. You can make a bank transfer/deposit using whatever means (e.g. internet, telephone banking etc.) that you feel most comfortable with.

Depositing at Playbet via Bank Transfer is easy

Login to your Playbet account (if you aren’t already logged in).

Click on ‘Deposit’ button in the top of the screen.

A new window will pop up (make sure you don’t have any pop-up blockers enabled).

In the new window you’ll see listed all the available payment methods. Select Bank Transfer as the depositing method.

A page will display Playbet Bank Account details and instructions on what reference to provide when making your transfer.

Upon Playbet receiving your bank deposit we will credit it to your account within 24 business hours.

Things to consider

Bank transfers typically take between 1 and 5 business days to clear and for security reasons will not be credited to your Playbet account until we receive your funds.

You must use your Playbet account number as your deposit reference when making a bank transfer. Failure to do this will result in Playbet being unable to quickly identify deposit and credit of your Playbet account.

Please retain a copy of your deposit receipt (if your transfer was made online then your transfer will likely be recorded by your bank automatically).

No 3rd party deposits on your behalf into your Playbet account will be accepted. We will identify such deposits and have them returned to you at your expense which and this may be subject to lengthy delays.

Playbet does not charge customers for bank transfers/deposits but your bank may do so. If you have concerns about this please contact your bank for more information.
